Ampalaya Gisado

Ampalaya gisado is a filipino food recipe.

Ingredients

1/2 kilo ampalaya, cut thin and diagonal
100 grams pork, cut into cubes
2 eggs
1 cup water
1 small onion
3 cloves minced garlic
patis
pork cube seasoning
oil

Procedure

1. Saute garlic in a pan until brown.
2. Add onions.
3. Add tomatoes after 2 minutes.
4. Stir. Add pork and pork cube seasoning.
5. Add patis. Wait for for 3 minutes.
6. Pour in 1 cup of water. Let it boil.
7. Add amapalaya. Let it cook half-done.
8. Add beaten eggs. Stir.
9. Cover pan and simmer for 2 minutes. Serve.
