Halabos na Hipon

Halabos na hipon is a filipino food recipe.

Ingredients

1/2 kilogram large shrimps
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon salt
oil

Dipping
1/2 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon salt

Procedure

1. Combine shrimps, salt and water in a saucepan.
2. Cover and allow to boil.
3. Stir occacionally while cooking for 3-4 minutes.
4. Drain and stir aside.
5. Put oil in skillet over medium heat.
6. Saut shrimps for 2 minutes until coated with oil.
6. Serve with dipping.
