Adobong Pusit

Adobong pusit is a filipino food recipe.

Ingredients

1 kilogram squid
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 pack of adobo mix
1/3 cup water
5 cloves garlic, peeled
salt

Procedure

1. Saute garlic in oyster sauce.
2. Add squid, 1/3 cup of water.
3. Remove squid from saucepan as soon as the mixture boils.
4. Sprinkle adobo mix over squid.
5. When the sauce in pan thickens, put back squid.
6. Mix throughly.
7. Serve.
