Pangasinan Pork Tenderloin

Pangasinan pork tenderloin is a filipino food recipe for renal patient, kidney patients.

Ingredients

300 grams pork tenderloin
1 1/2 cloves garlic
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspooon marjoram
1/4 teaspoon mace
1/4 teaspoon cloves

Procedure

1. Heat oven at 400 F
2. Combine all ingredients except pork tenderloin in a small bowl.
3. Rub mixture over pork, coating well.
4. Arrange meat in ungreased baking dish.
5. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until pork is cooked.
6. Cut pork into slices and garnish.
7. Serve.
