Grilled Tanigue

Grilled tanigue is a filipino food recipe for renal patient, kidney patients.

Ingredients

360 grams Tanigue
50 grams butter, unsalted
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sage
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablesppon garlic powder
3 tablespoon calamansi

Procedure

1. Rub tanigue with calamansi.
2. Mix thmye, black pepper, paprika, sage and garlic powder. Sprinkle it to tanigue. Wait 15 minutes.
3. Heat skillet and melt butter. Grill tanigue.
4. Serve.
