Pork Sinigang

Pork Sinigang is a filipino food recipe for mid-day meal.

Ingredients

1/2 kilogram pork, cut into pieces
1/4 kilogram spare ribs
1 onion, sliced
2 gabi cut into cubes
2 radish, sliced into pieces
6 green tamarind
10 bieces bataw
3 tomatoes, sliced
sitaw
kangkong
salt
patis

Procedure

1. Simmer pork in rice washing.
2. Add tomatoes, onion and salt.
3. Cook tamarind in a pan.
4. Mash and strain.
5. Add to pork,
6. Boil and add water if necessary.
7. Add gabi and radish.
8. Add knkong, sitaw and bataw when almost cooked.
9. Season with patis.
10. Serve.
