Stuffed Frogs

Stuffed Frogs is a filipino food recipe for everyday dishes.

Ingredients

6 edible frogs, skinned
1 cup pork, finely chopped
1/4 head garlic, finely chopped
1/8 cup vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar
salt
pepper

Procedure

1. Mix pork, garlic, vinegar and seasonings.
2. Stuff body cavities of frogs.
3. Rub with seasoning and let it dry.
4. Fry until frogs are crisp and golden brown.
5. Serve.
