Pesang Dalag

Pesang Dalag is a filipino food recipe for evening meal.

Ingredients

1 medium sized dalag,cleaned
1 piece ginger, crushed
1 onion, quartered
1 small head of cabbage
2 heads petsay
2 stalks of green onions
2 cups of rice washing
10 pieces of pepper corn
salt

Procedure

1. Cut dalag into pieces and salt to taste.
2. Saute onion, ginger and mudfish.
3. Add rice washing, cabbage, peppercorn, petsay and green onions.
4. Bring to boil.
5. Remove from heat.
6. Season to taste.
7. Serve.
