Paksiw na Bangus

Paksiw na bangus is a filipino food recipe.

Ingredients

1/2 kilogram bangus cut into 3 portions
1 eggplant, sliced
1 ampalaya, sliced
2 pieces jalapeno pepper
1 1/2 cups vinegar
1/2 cup water
salt
patis
ginger, minced

Procedure

1. Sprinkle bangus with salt.
2. Put egg plant and ampalaya in a saucepan.
3. Add bangus, ginger and jalapeno pepper.
4. Pour in vinegar.
5. Bring to boil but don't stir.
6. Simmer until bangus is cooked.
7. Season with patis.
8. Serve.
