Paksiw na Bangus - Maluya

Ingredients

1 fresh, bonuan bangus, cut into 3 pieces
1 cup vinegar
3 ginger, sliced into pieces
4 pieces hot green sili
2 eggplants quartered
1 cup water
patis
salt

Procedure

1. Salt bangus.
2. Put eggplants first in enamel ware.
3. Arrange bangus and sili over eggplant pieces.
4. Add vinegar.
5. Bring to boil.
6. Add water, simmer.
7. Season with patis to taste.
8. Serve cold.
