Chili con Carne

Chili con carne is a filipino food recipe.

Ingredients

1/2 kilogram ground beef
1 can tomato sauce
1 can pork and beans, drained
1 onion chopped
1 bell pepper diced
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon chili powder
salt
pepper

Procedure

1. Cook ground beef over medium heat in a pan.
2. Sprinkle water on the meat.
3. Add bell pepper and onion.
4. Continue cooking until beef is tender.
5. Add bay leaf, chili powder, tomato sauce and seasoning.
6. Simmer for 3 minutes.
7. Add pork and beans.
8. Mix well and cook for 3 minutes.
9. Serve.
