Beef Tapa

Beef tapa is a filipino food recipe.

Ingredients

1/2 kilogram tenderloin
barbecue marinade mix
oil for frying

Procedure

1. Trim off the fat and connective tissues from sirloin or tenderloin.
2. Slice 1-inch thick across the grain.
3. Place the meat in a large mixing bowl.
4. Sprinkle barbecue marinade mix. Marinate meat for 15-30 minutes, turning occasionally.
5. Heat oil in a pan. Fry beef without turning for about 3 minutes.
6. Fry the other side until meat is brown.
7. Serve.
