Ukoy

Ukoy is a filipino food recipe.

Ingredients

1/2 kilo shrimp
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon patis
1 cup flour
3 teaspoon baking powder
2 1/2 tablespoon chopped onion
pepper
cooking oil

Procedure

1. Combine flour, baking powder, eggs, patis, onion, pepper.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Pour small amounts of the mixture on to the pan. Shape into flat disks
3. Put shrimp on top of each disk.
4. Fry both sides.
5. Remove from heat.
6. Serve with vinegar dip.
